Remarks Originally built in Belfast, Ireland as a minesweeper, but never commissioned as such. Owned by the Tristan Development Corporation, she operated in the waters around Tristan da Cunha and also played an important role in the evacuation of the island during the volcanic eruption of 1961. For the last five years of her life she served as an oil pollution vessel on the SA coast. Virgin wreck.
